Before riding at Cold Hill Motocross, all participants are required to complete and sign a waiver form. This is a standard and necessary step for any off-road motorsports facility, ensuring that every rider understands the risks associated with riding and agrees to follow all safety rules.

The waiver helps protect both riders and the facility while promoting a responsible and informed riding environment.

No rider is permitted on the track without a completed waiver.

Why the Waiver Is Required

Off-road racing involves unpredictable terrain, high speeds, and physical risk. Even in a controlled environment, accidents can happen.

The waiver is required to:

• Acknowledge the inherent risks of off-road riding
• Confirm that riders accept personal responsibility
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and guidelines
• Protect the integrity of the riding environment



Completing the waiver is a condition of entry and applies to all riders, regardless of experience level.

Who Needs to Sign the Waiver

All Riders:

Every individual who plans to ride must complete and sign a waiver before accessing the track.

Minors (Under 18):

Must have a parent or legal guardian present

A parent or guardian must sign the waiver on their behalf

No exceptions



This ensures that younger riders are properly supervised and protected.

How to Complete the Waiver

Option 1: Download and Bring Completed Form

Riders are encouraged to download the waiver form in advance, fill it out, and bring it with them to save time during check-in.

Option 2: Complete On-Site

Waiver forms may also be available at the track for completion upon arrival.

However, completing your waiver ahead of time is strongly recommended for a faster and smoother entry process.

Track Usage Guidelines

Designated Riding Areas

• Use the Big Bike Track for advanced riding
• Use the Beginner/Kids Track for entry-level riders



Riders must choose the appropriate track based on skill level.

No Unauthorized Modifications

• Do not alter track features, jumps, or terrain
• Do not add obstacles or change course layout

Weather & Track Conditions

• Riding may be limited during unsafe weather conditions
• Follow all posted updates regarding track status

Waiver Requirement
